Everything is provided for you - including furniture, day-to-day supplies, and utilities - all you need is your own personal belongings.

Kelvin House is perfectly located alongside Queens Park – directly opposite the Queens Park Golf Course – so, you’re less than a 5-minutre drive from both Invercargill Central and Windsor Shopping Centre.

Please note:  Management has a policy of only accommodating sensible and mature guests that enjoy a quiet and tidy home, this is not a party house.

  • 3 x Queen Bedrooms from $275.00 per week, per person
  • 8 x Single Bedrooms from $265.00 per week, per person

The above pricing includes all of the below:

  • Fully furnished bedroom, all you need is your own personal belongings.
  • Fully furnished communal areas with everything you may need.
  • Free use of the house internet and telephone.
  • Bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) are supplied every 2-weeks.
  • Electricity, wood, and cleaning products are all supplied.
  • A live-in house manager that assists with day-to-day duties.
  • Yard work is done for you.
